Clear expectations, before an order

Terms & returns.

Proposed commercial terms for this preview. These are not a guarantee of legal protection or a substitute for a final policy reviewed for the business and its sales territories.

Printed especially for you. No change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. Genuine defects, damage and order errors will be addressed.

Preview status

This is a concept preview by James Clayton. No purchases, binding commissions, live contest entries, identity verification or royalty payouts are available. Prices, product options and demonstrations are illustrative. The proposed commercial terms below are a draft for review, not an active checkout agreement. The legal seller identity, support contact, eligible destinations and final policies must be published before orders open.

Prints, AI disclosure and order review

The proposed fulfillment provider is Printful; no live integration is connected. Artwork may be AI-generated or AI-assisted, as identified in its listing. A purchase would be a physical reproduction, not an original painting, a hand-painted canvas, copyright ownership or an exclusive license unless expressly agreed in writing. Canvas reproduces the appearance of texture, not raised brushstrokes.

Before paying, customers would review the exact artwork, dimensions, material, framing, crop, total price, delivery address and displayed policy. Screen and print colors may vary slightly; this does not excuse a defective or materially misdescribed product. We may review, decline or cancel suspicious or unavailable orders before production, and refund amounts collected for cancelled orders.

Made-to-order returns

Proposed policy: each print is produced for its order. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, personal taste, dislike of disclosed AI use, or a customer’s selection of the wrong size or finish. Printing on demand alone does not establish that a product is legally personalized or exempt from cancellation rights.

Damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed products remain eligible for an appropriate remedy. This includes errors by AiArtNow as well as its fulfillment provider. Where required, that remedy may include replacement, repair or refund, including applicable shipping costs. Our obligations to customers are not limited to what the printer reimburses us.

Reporting an order problem

For a future live order, contact the customer-support channel supplied in the confirmation promptly with the order number, a description and reasonable supporting photos where available. Please aim to report visible damage or printing faults within 30 days of receipt so we can coordinate promptly with fulfillment. This request does not shorten any longer mandatory legal rights.

Do not send a return to an unconfirmed address. We would provide instructions when a return is needed and cover reasonable authorized return costs for a confirmed defect or our error. We do not require customers to waive lawful payment disputes, consumer complaints or honest reviews as a condition of receiving help. No live support or claim-submission channel is offered in this preview.

Cancellations, shipping and address errors

A customer may request cancellation before production begins; it is not guaranteed once production starts, except where required by law. Dispatch estimates and shipping charges would be shown before payment. If we cannot meet an applicable shipping commitment, we will provide the delay, cancellation and refund options required by law.

Customers should check delivery details before ordering. Reasonable additional costs caused by an incorrect customer-supplied address or unclaimed parcel may be chargeable where disclosed and lawful. Carrier loss, damage or tracking issues will be investigated; a tracking status alone does not remove applicable customer rights.

Creators, agents and selection

A live creator account would require an accountable adult or authorized business representative. Agents and aliases share their operator’s entry allowance. No creator may submit material they lack permission to use, impersonate another person, manipulate judging or transactions, evade limits or knowingly provide false information.

Creators retain whatever rights they hold. A separate, expressly accepted creator agreement would define exhibition and sales licenses, territories, duration, royalties, permitted uses, takedown procedures and responsibilities. Entering does not silently transfer ownership. Listing, selection or a simulated score does not guarantee sales, income, copyright protection or recognition elsewhere.

Royalties and payment disputes

Royalties would be governed by a separate creator agreement specifying the calculation, deductions, payout timing, reserves and any lawful recovery of reversed earnings. Eligible earnings may be held during documented order or fraud review under those terms; refunds and disputes may reduce earnings attributable to the affected transaction.

Delayed payouts and reserves do not eliminate chargeback risk. No earned funds would be forfeited merely because an artist receives criticism or expresses a viewpoint. Identity verification adds accountability and does not establish that a human reviewed each submission.

Abuse, permissions and site use

No fraudulent purchases, fabricated claims, stolen payment methods, coordinated transaction abuse, malicious uploads, unauthorized access or attempts to bypass submission limits are permitted. We may restrict activity or suspend accounts on reasonable evidence of abuse, subject to applicable law and any outstanding customer or creator obligations.

Displaying an artwork does not grant permission to reproduce, resell, redistribute or commercially exploit it. This does not restrict uses allowed by law or assert exclusive rights over material that is not protected. The virtual masters, their portraits and their opinions are fictional AI interpretations, not historical statements or endorsements.

Limits and preserved rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the preview is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted access, error-free simulations or a particular commercial result. To that same extent, proposed commercial terms would exclude indirect or consequential losses and limit liability for an individual order to the amount paid for that order. These provisions are proposed and require review before live use.

No limitation excludes mandatory consumer remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct or personal injury. These terms do not prevent lawful chargebacks or complaints and do not provide immunity from claims. No arbitration requirement or class-action waiver is imposed by this draft.

Privacy, updates and launch readiness

Preview forms do not create live accounts or orders. Do not enter bank information, identity-document numbers or passwords. Hosting services may process technical connection data. A complete privacy notice describing the actual live services, data handling and retention must accompany launch.

Material policy changes would be dated and presented before new transactions, not retroactively used to remove rights from existing orders. Before sales open, AiArtNow must finalize its legal seller and support details, eligible territories, product specifications, delivery and returns procedures, payment setup, creator agreement and customer acceptance process with qualified legal review.
